Return Policy
We offer a customer-friendly 3-day return policy. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product in poor condition, with tampered packaging, or if it's the wrong item, please Refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person and immediately contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your Order ID. We will arrange replacement order for the same.
Standard Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Sign into your account using the email and password
- Go to: "My Account/Orders" page and go to specific order details
- Click on Manage Order button. You will be redirected to order tracking page by our shipping provider
- Follow instructions there to create return request for your order
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- To cancel an unshipped order, visit the "My Account/Orders" - click on order detail, click the "Request Cancellation" button
- For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded within 5-6 business days
- Cancellation requests are subject to the current status of your order in our fulfillment process

- Quality is our top priority - we take utmost care in everything we do
- All returns must be initiated within the 3-day return window from delivery date
- Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused and in their original packaging
